Knox, KY; his brothers, Mark Richard Holding (Susan) of Lompoc, CA and Bruce Allen Holding (Avic) of Melbourne, FL; his stepson Joshua David Dohrer (Stephanie Lee Davis) of Sellersburg, IN; his grandsons, Michael Allen Dawson of Lexington, KY and Tyler Bryce Holding of Elizabethtown, KY; and also Susanne Pauline Bridges (Holding). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as many cousins and friends.
