He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Wayne and Margaret Carol Kohlbeck Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Montina Weaver; his children, Allan Thomas Basham (Felicia), Destiney Sisoumankhara (Brandon) and Lilah Weaver; his grandchildren, Kyran, Kayli, Korbyn (Kordelia Basham) and Kayson (Kayleen Sisoumankhara); and his siblings, Larry Weaver and Stacey Weaver. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
