He is survived by: his children, Deserae Bre'anne Faulk of Radcliff, KY, Ta'leya Marie Faulk of Radcliff, KY and Jaleel Anthony Faulk; his parents, Theresa Peters (Stevie) of Radcliff, KY and Skylark Leon Faulk (Shirley); his siblings, Stephanie Ferrer, Amy Young and Steven Peters; his uncles, Gary Peters, Jeff Peters and James McIntyre (Crystal); his aunt Sherry Navarro (Jack); his nieces and nephews, Craig "CJ", Devin Crook, Ethan, Ashley Peters, Maria Stansberry, Veda and Giovani "Gio" Ferrer; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Celeste Browne, Latayza "Tay Tay" Lynn, Darrion Lynn and JJ Johnson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home - Radcliff (2072 S Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM at the same location.
