He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Henderson; and his grandson Adam Michael Henderson. He is survived by: his children, Regina Lerma of Radcliff, KY, James Randolph Henderson of Maryland and Richard Michael Henderson (Mary Beth) of Illinois; and his grandchildren, James Randolph Henderson, Jr. (Marie) and Carolyn Viola Rose Lerma. He is also survived by extended family & friends.
