He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark W. Shutts and Margaret Sidel; and his stepfather Ray Sidel. He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Shutts of Radcliff, KY; his son Scott J. Shutts (Karen) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Noah Shutts of Louisville, KY and Skyler J. Shutts of Louisville, KY; his brothers, Rick Shutts of Montpelier, OH, Michael Shutts of Montpelier, OH and Randy Shutts of Bryan, OH; and his half-sister Carol Zeller of Defiance, OH.
Services for Mr. Shutts will be private due to the Governor's mandate & pending steps to curtail the rising number of COVID-19 cases throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
