She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Payne and Agnes Payne; and her brothers, Kelly and JC Payne. She is survived by: her husband James N. Puckett of Radcliff Kentucky; and her children, Karma Valenti (Lari) of Phoenix, Arizona, Keith Puckett (Pilar) of Knoxville, Tennessee and Kristi Furlotte (Gary) of Radcliff Kentucky. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
