He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie Simmons Butler and George Butler; his son Jeremiah Butler (Jerry); and his brother George Butler of Cleveland, OH.. He is survived by: his children, Demetris Butler (Nida) of Las Vegas, NV and Anson Butler Radcliff (Kelly); and his sister Rev. Corrine Agrinsonis (Luis) of Cleveland, OH. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
