She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. James H. Royalty; her son Ralph E. Royalty; her parents, Edith Cockriel and Albert Presley Cockriel; and her siblings, Delbert Cockriel, Arthur Cockriel, Hubert Cockriel (Virginia), Albert Cockriel, Jr., Catherine Cockriel, Alta Leonard (Paul Marion), Gladys Sidenstricker (Charles) and Gloria Clater.
She is survived by: her daughters, Levodis Royalty of Radcliff and Marlene Royalty Lawson of Radcliff; and her granddaughter Meagan Lawson of Nashville, TN.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home (205 Highland Ave, Vine Grove, KY 40175). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. Because Covid pandemic restrictions were in place at that time, a public service could not be held.
