He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Schultz and Belvia Schultz; his former wife Mary Schultz; and his wife Bonnie Schultz. He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Cameron, Timothy W. Schultz, Rose Holcomb (James) and Sandra Burks; and his grandchildren, Anna Severson, Michael Midkiff, Christina Midkiff, Timothy Midkiff and Mary Ann Burks. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
