He was predeceased by: his mother Susan M. Griffith. He is survived by: his daughter Savannah Perez; his father Santiago Perez-Fernandez (Maritza Perez Ortiz); and his brothers, Vicente Perez (Brenna) and Edwin Perez (Amanda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home - Radcliff (2072 S Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
