He is survived by: his wife Chun Hwa Elmore of Radcliff, KY; his daughters, Christina Elmore of Louisville, KY and Michelle Samuels (Roger) of Radcliff, KY; his grandchildren, Shelbi, Breonna, Dylan, LaTaija and Amiya; his great grandchildren, Waylon Dale and Alaya Jade; and his brothers, Pat Nation (Betty Sue) of Clinton, MS and Bill Elmore (Dana) of Clinton, MS.
