He is survived by: his children, Brenda Warren (Mike) of Radcliff, KY, Sarah Guilliam, Melvin Warren, Jr. and Karla Muse; and his grandchildren, Michael A. Thomas (Ashley Marie) and Angel Downey. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
