McDowell, Jr. of Radcliff, KY; her children, Erika Samuel of Radcliff, KY, Ra'Shon Samuel of Radcliff, KY, Charles McDowell, III of Elizabethtown, KY, Austin McDowell of Milwaukee, WI, Demetria McDowell of Milwaukee, WI, Lexi McDowell of Milwaukee, WI and Nene Patterson of Milwaukee, WI; her grandchildren, Dyse Harding, Evonii Boyd, Sa'Peara McDowell, Keni McDowell, Kendaisha McDowell, Jaden McDowell, Bell McDowell, Abby McDowell and Ava; and her siblings, Karen Jeter Frazier, Richard Jeter, Courtney Jeter and Le'Andre Jeter.
