He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Crowdus and Louise Crowdus. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Crowdus of Radcliff, KY; his children, Christopher Crowdus (Beth) of Elizabethtown, KY, Brian Crowdus (Pam) of Franklin, KY and Amanda Crowdus (Henri Fournier) of Elizabethtown, KY; his grandchildren, Nathan, Henry, Emilee, Karlee and Ethan; and his sister Gail Vanover of Ekron, KY.
