Leigh Ann Haynes Obituary

Leigh Ann Haynes, 46, of Radcliff passed away Tuesday October 12, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Hazel and Walter Payton and two sisters, Belinda Kay Payton and Jeanette Hope.
Survivors include her husband, Joshua Haynes: mother, Betty Fields; father and step mother Danny and Wilma Payton: four sons, Joseph, Joshua, Timothy and Matthew; brothers, Danny Payton Jr., Terry Hope; sisters, Teresa Hope, Beatrice Lott and Danette Evans; 2 grandchildren; and her dogs, Snoopy and Peanut.
Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday, October 15, 2021, at East Rhudes Creek Cemetery Elizabethtown Kentucky.
