She is survived by: her daughter Shanna Skaggs (Michael) of Buffalo Ky; her grandchildren, Nicholas Kabalen (Sarah) of Buffalo and Madeline (Will) of Cookville Tn; her sister Gloria Hack of Louisville; her niece Kimberly Price (Glenn) of Louisville Ky; her great-nephew Scott Hack (Christy); and also, Andy Hack and Layla Hack of Louisville. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
