She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Horn and Mary Rene Horn; her boyfriend Raymond Prez; and her sister Betty Horn. She is survived by: her children, Peggy Helm, Celestia, Greg and Scott; and her siblings, Nancy Horn, Denny Horn and Gene Horn (Shelia). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
