She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Moore and Lottie Moore; her daughter Lunnette "Cookie" Lowe; and her brother Clifford C. Moore, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Horace Billups, Jr. of Radcliff, KY; her children, Patrice Howard (Tim) of Radcliff, KY, Kimberly Houston of Radcliff, KY and Vernon E. Billups, Sr. of Jeffersonville, IN.; her siblings, Ruth Cleveland (John) and Vernon H. Moore of Maryland; and her pet Smokey. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
