He is survived by: his parents, Richard Betz (Jan) of Elizabethtown, KY and Pamela Peake (Ron) of Radcliff, KY; his children, Roman Betz and Alexandria Betz of Bonnieville, KY; his siblings, Melissa Jackson, April Cline (Jason), Kimberly Betz, Ronni Logsdon (John), Scott Smith (Mary) and Paul Peake; and his nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Kyle, Heather, Alexis, Justin, Shannon, Jillian, Thomas and Aiden.
