He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Foley; and his brother Ernest Foley. He is survived by: his wife Christine Foley of Radcliff, KY; his son Robert Foley (Louise) of Clarksville, TN; his sisters, Thelma Wilson and Ovaline Hadley; his grandchildren, Brenna Metcalf (Brandon) and Beth Heise; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Metcalf and Sadie Metcalf.
