He was predeceased by: his parents, Parnell Finey and Addie Shumate; and his sister-in-law Joyce Finney. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Ashley Finney of Radcliff, KY; his sons, Jason Finney of Louisville, KY, Josh Finney (Tonya) of Vine Grove, KY and Keith Thompson, Jr. (Jenny) of Illinois; his brother David Finney of Virginia; and his close friend Carol Smith.
