She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Lewis and Geneva "Lucy" Brady Lewis; her grandparents, John and Clara Brady of Bolivar, TN.; her husband George Polk of Radcliff, KY; her children, Wally Lewis (Louise) of Bolivar, TN and Debra Jarmon of Radcliff, KY; and her grandchildren, Teneshia Lewis of Atlanta, GA, Contessa Hamer of Columbus, OH, Michael Perkins (NaShunda) of Chicago, IL, Brandon Lewis (Crystal) of Atlanta, GA and Bernard Lewis of Atlanta, GA. She was also cherished by ten great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.
