She was predeceased by: her sons, Jeffrey Thomas Flavell and Frank William Flavell, III; and her siblings, Marilyn Clarkson and Robert Meserve. She is survived by: her children, Jan Marie Flavell of Radcliff, KY and John Flavell of Morehead, KY; and her close friends, Brenda, Anita and Paul.
The family is requesting that everyone wear a mask during the visitation and service.
