He is survived by: his children, James Wells, Jr. (Shannon) and Jessica Ritchie (Chris); his stepdaughter Katie Miller (Jason); his stepgrandchildren, Jack, Micah and Emerson; his stepchild Chaz Martin (Tolkyn); his stepgrandchildren, Oscar and Zara; his grandchildren, Breanna, Collin, Tanner, Madison, Emma, Aaron, Rebecka and Amber; his sister Laura Jean O'Quinn; and also, Roger Wells (Carolyn) and Henry Wells.
