He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard and Wilma Blair; and his siblings, Paul Blair and Janet Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Mun Cha Blair of Radcliff, KY; his children, Joseph Blair (Lisa) of Orlando, FL and Tanya Parris (Steven II) of Rineyville, KY; and his grandchildren, Laurel Blair, Jimmy Parris and Logan Blair.
