He is survived by: his fiancée Nancy Barter of Radcliff, KY; his siblings, Anne Brown of Creedmoor, NC, Alvin Burney of Supply, NC and William Burney (Donnie) of Grenada, MS; and his close friend Don Galloway (Betty) of Laurinburg, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
