He is survived by: his wife Paula Carter; his parents, Doris Sadler and Bill Carter; his siblings, William Carter, Angie Thompson, Eva Delk, Rita Fuston, Sherry Sadler and Hubbard Sadler Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, William, Nick, Hunter, Josephina, Jacob, Buddy, Stephanie, Charlie, Evan and Ricky. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
