He was predeceased by: his son Reginald Evans; his parents, Isaac Evans Sr. and Mary Jane Evans; and his siblings, Wilhelmina Rumph, Carrie Bell Geddis and Booker't Flood.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Evans; his children, Lavern Evans-Holt, Russell Evans and Ronald Evans; and his sister Priscilla Hutchinson.
