He is survived by: his children, Patrice Howard (Tim) of Radcliff, KY, Kimberly Houston of Radcliff, KY and Vernon E. Billups, Sr. of Jeffersonville, IN.; and his siblings, Edward (Janette) of Washington, Joyce Billups and Connie Derricott (Clyde). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.
