She is survived by: her husband Leslie Seamster of Radcliff, KY; her children, Susie DeRuiter (Mike) of Radcliff, KY, Lance Fizer (Angie) of Elizabethtown, KY, Michael Fizer (Mona) of Elizabethtown, KY and Shay Fizer (Meka) of Radcliff, KY; her grandchildren, Ashley Houser (Luke), Kelli Horton (Carley), Alex Fizer (Sylvia), Tori Fizer, Josh Morgan, Audrianna Fizer, Tyheem Fizer and Kiara Fizer; and her great grandchildren, Olivia Houser, Oakleigh Houser, Oliver Ryker Houser, Jaxton Fizer, Isiah Morgan, Zoey Morgan, Mason King Fizer, Charlie McMillen, Lorrie McMillen and Michael Nalley.
