She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Sivulich of Radcliff, KY, Nicol Sivulich of Clarkson, KY and Frank Sivulich of Radcliff, KY; her grandchildren, Jonathon Taylor, Jeremy Taylor (Ashley), Savannah Esenbock (Zach), Caitlyn Sickles, Courtney Underhill, William Underhill, Brittney Underhill, Douglas Stoner, Jr., Cathleen Vittitoe (Stephen) and Ethan Sivulich; her great grandchildren, Makenzie Taylor, Jack Taylor, Alana Imlay, Kota Scott and Scarlett Scott; her sisters, Janet Powell (Sonny), Darla Rogers and Joyce Hinkson; and her siblings-in-law, Dallas Craig and Myrna Hinkson.
