With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Jean Collins Combs of Radcliff, Kentucky, born in Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 16, 2021 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Beecher Collins and Josephine Crace Collins; her husband John Morris Combs; her close friend Herbert "Hootie" Lemaster; her sons, Edward Darrell Combs, Jimmy Lynn (Combs), Paul "Bob" Combs, Jack David "Beecher" Combs and Herbert Charles "Herbie" Lemaster; her siblings, Rufus Collins, Bobby Joe Collins, Roy Lee Collins, Aileen Collins, Orpah Collins and Lois Jane Arnett; her son-in-law David Johnson; her grandson-in-law Joel Clay Watkins; and her great grandchild Sierra Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Ray "Duck" Combs (Karen) of Radcliff, Connie Arnett (Donnie) of Salyersville and Minnie Johnson of Salyersville; her brother James Collins (June) of London; and her niece Bailey of Salyersville. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren.
