She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Eugene Lowe; her daughter Anna Marie LaGrand; and her grandson Brad Spence. She is survived by: her children, Debra Kay Keelin, Gregg Lee Lowe and Craig Alan Lowe; and her siblings, Lorraine Hughes, John Ward and Alton Ward. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews; and a host of extended family & friends.
