He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jasper Lewis, Sondra White, Luvenia Alfonson and Delbert Lewis Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lewis; his children, Geomyra Pollard, Geonel Lewis, George Lewis, Kevin Allen, Felecia Hall and Patrick Budd; and his great grandchildren, Anthony Lewis, Dianna Alfonso, Paulette Brown, James Lewis, Maria Millan, Nanette Lewis, Susan Coleman, Kevin Lewis, Sharon Lewis, Daisy Ademoyiwa and Margo Lewis. He is also survived by extended family & friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chism Family Funeral Home (769 Highland Ave, Vine Grove, KY 40175). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery (2501 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160).
