He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Collins and Jessica Joyce Collins; and his brother Gaylord Hodge. He is survived by: his wife Betty Darlene Hillyer; his children, Rodger Hillyer (Kelly), Sheri McQuade (Larry), Kevin Hillyer (Angela), Michael Hermsmeyer (Kelly) and Scooter; his grandchildren, Cameron Finley (Maggie), Catherine McQuade, Courtney Webb, Monica Allen (Dustin), Kelsey Blanchard and Kyle McClelland; and his sister Gloria Carnahan. He is also survived by extended family & friends.
