He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Robert "Bob" Tinsley, Jr.; his wife Becky Young; his children, Emily Young, Isaac Young and Josh Williamson; his mother Betty Anne Tinsley Young; and his siblings, Rosemary Tinsley, Barbara Tinsley Carden (Robert), Rick Tinsley, Kathy Castillo and Cindy Mehling (Michael). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
