She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Birth and Maryann Birth; her sister Bonnie Cuccia; her mother-in-law Virginia Osiek; and her brothers-in-law, Lenny Tier, Robert Osiek, Ronald Osiek and Terry Osiek.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Osiek; her sister Sandra Tier; her siblings-in-law, Elsie Demko, Suzzie Nestor, Eddie Osiek, Danny Osiek, Roger Osiek and David Osiek; and her close friends, Chris, Julie Ford, Krista and Juliet. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
