With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frederic Haslam of Radcliff, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 11, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Frederic shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Frederic farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his wife Betty "Mings" Haslam; and his stepson Mike Mings. He is survived by: his children, Darlene Prather (James) of Elizabethtown, KY, Shelly Perkins of Campbellsville, KY, Kathy Jacowicz (Mike) of Lebanon, KY and Doug Mings (Vicki) of Madisonville, KY; and his brothers, George Haslam of Connecticut and Marty Haslam of Connecticut. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
