He is survived by: his wife Ada Phoebe Arroyo; his children, Nivia Griffin (Blake) and Manuel Arroyo; his grandchildren, Jordan and Scarlette; and his siblings, Alfredo Arroyo (Sonia), Victor Arroyo (Jennifer) and Wanda Arroyo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to any favorite veterans charity or the American Cancer Society.
