He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ernest and Essie Ditto Cleaver. He is survived by: his siblings, Russell Cleaver (JoAnn), Joseph Cleaver, William Cleaver (Rose Ann), Mary Rowe, Christine Owens, Flora Christian and Jeannette Cleaver. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
