He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Ouslan and Margot Ouslan; and his sister Karin Tabor. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ouslan; his children, Morgan Ouslan and Nigel Ouslan; his sister Linda Dovelle; and his nieces and nephews, Anthony, Jesse, Alcina, Elizabeth, Alex and Junior. He is also survived by extended family & friends.
