She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Bennett and Bonnie Bennett; her siblings, James Allen Bennett, Diane O'Bannon, Gary Lyons and Carolyn Ford; and her grandmother Hallie Sutherland.

She is survived by: her sisters, Deanie Baker, Elizabeth Bennett and Lynn Bennett; and her aunts, Mabel Smith and Minnie Payton. She is also survived by great nieces, great nephews, extended family & friends.
