She is survived by: her children, Kristy Smith (Ken) of Radcliff, KY, Cathy Schwartze of Brock, TX, Mike O'Kelley of Brock, TX and John Fitzgerald of Dallas, TX; and her sisters, Barbara Linkes and Linda Toler (Ben). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
