It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Owen McNeely of Radcliff, Kentucky, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis McNeely. He is survived by: his sons, David Owen (Marie McNeely), Darrel Wayne McNeely (Robin) of Radcliff and Dale Lee McNeely of Radcliff; his grandchildren, Amy Smith, Cassandra Lee McNeely, Joshua McNeely and Adam McNeely; his great grandchildren, Kelsey, Ayden, Kolby and Leilani; and his siblings, Ira of Indianapolis, IN, Russel of Indianapolis, IN, Linda of Spartanburg, SC. and Vera of Spartanburg, SC..
