Swan (Leigh-Ellen) of Indiana, Scott Swan of Radcliff, KY, Kelly Swan (Steve Harrington) of Radcliff, KY and Marie Swan of Fort Knox, KY; his grandchildren, Miranda Swan and Dominic Swan; and his sister Kathryn Swan of Cleveland, OH. He is also survived by extended family & friends.
