She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Thompson of Virginia and Clarence Thompson; her siblings, Charlotte Freeman Vaughn, Cynthia Thompson Turner and Charles Freeman; and her stepson Galen Eads.
She is survived by: her husband Charlie Eads of Radcliff, KY; and her daughter Stephanie.
