He is survived by: his parents, Steve Hickok and Kathy Hickok of Muldraugh, KY; his sister Shawna Borne (Tom) of Louisville, KY; his nephews, Caleb and Elliot Borne; his close friend Doug Puckett of Radcliff, KY; his cousin Paulette Ferrier; his pets, Brody and PeePee; and also, Trese and Quinten of Muldraugh, KY. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
