He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemarie Byrd Waters; his parents, Charles H. Waters and Mary B. Waters; and his siblings, Bill Waters of Tennessee, RoseMary Miller and Sheila Gatlin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jackie Jaggers (Charlie) of Sonora, KY and Kristen Shacklette (Kevin) of Vine Grove, KY; his grandchildren, Tyler Jaggers, Kaitlyn Jaggers and Kauner Shacklette; his siblings, Steve Waters of Radcliff, KY, Tony Waters of Radcliff, KY and Yvonne Thompson of Elizabethtown, KY; and his parents-in-law, James P. and Annemarie Byrd of Vine Grove, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members & friends.
