She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Miller and Frances Miller; her brother Donald Miller; and her boyfriend Walter Porowski. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Florek (Henry) of Elizabethtown and Jeffrey Slayton of Radcliff; and her granddaughters, Tiffany Elberfeld (Matthew) of Cold Spring, Amy Schwab (Dylan) of Elizabethtown and Kaitlyn Florek of Richmond. She is also survived by her extended family and many dear friends.
