She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Kodak; her parents, Maurice Horner and Lenora Horner; and her granddaughter Mya Rucker. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Goad, Virginia Koudakis and James Horner; her grandchildren, Rachanlyn Koudakis, Keyenna Rucker, Andrea Kuchna, Brian Daugherty, Anthony Daugherty, Theresa Horner and Kasey Jay Horner; and her siblings, Sharon Horner, Barry Horner and Terry Horner. She is also survived by extended family & friends.
